Howdy, welcome back! My name is Veronica. I am here to talk
about the program every week.
The returning actors we have this semester are Sara, Jake M.,
Christine, Jake A., Teddy, and Nicky. Let’s welcome our new actors. They are Luke
and Maxine!
In class, the actors played games so they could get to know
each other, such as What’s My Object? The students used an object and pretended
it was a different food or object. For example, Jake M. used a flashlight and
pretended it was a banana.
Another activity they did is My Favorite Place. In this game, they chose their favorite place, but it had to be a place that you couldn’t get
to easily. In these pictures they are pretending that they are going to their
favorite place.

The reason they played these games is because they wanted to
get to know each other, but also to see what everyone was interested in. And
they just wanted to have fun.
They have not started making the script yet, but they will
start once they get some ideas of what characters they want to be. This time the
actors will have a stronger role for writing the script.
